Celebrex dosage and missed doses of celebrex

If you miss a dose of celebrex, do not double the next dose. Instead, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. Take the missed celebrex dose as soon as you remember it. However, if it is almost time for the next celebrex dose, skip the missed Casodex dose and continue your regular Casodex dosing schedule. Do not take a double celebrex dose to make up for a missed one.
