Clindamycin dosage and missed doses of clindamycin

If you miss a dose of clindamycin, do not double the next dose. Instead, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. Take the missed clindamycin dose as soon as you remember it. However, if it is almost time for the next clindamycin dose, skip the missed Casodex dose and continue your regular Casodex dosing schedule. Do not take a double dalacin c dose to make up for a missed one.
