Flagyl precautions

Flagyl Drug interactions

Avoid "stimulant" drugs that may increase your heart rate such as decongestants or caffeine. Decongestants are commonly found in over-the-counter cough and cold medicine.

Flagyl dosage and missed doses of flagyl

If you miss a dose of flagyl, do not double the next dose. Instead, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. Take the missed flagyl dose as soon as you remember it. However, if it is almost time for the next flagyl dose, skip the missed Casodex dose and continue your regular Casodex dosing schedule. Do not take a double flagyl dose to make up for a missed one.
